Returns & Replacements
We maintain high standards of quality. In the rare event of an issue, returns or replacements may be considered under these conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- The product is unused and in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
Seamless Resolution Process

- Share your order details and unboxing video for verification.
- After approval, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you through the next steps.
Once the item is received and inspected, an approved case may be resolved through:
- A replacement piece, subject to availability.
- Store credit for a future purchase from Kuyli.
Return shipping charges may apply unless the issue is due to an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cases are not eligible under this policy:
- Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video.
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery.
- Custom-designed bridal pieces or pre-booked collections.
- Minor colour or design variations caused by lighting or display settings.
- Courier delays after the order has been dispatched.
Refund Policy
