* All products offered on Kuyli are artificial/fashion jewellery, unless otherwise stated.

* All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified.

* We make every effort to ensure that product images accurately represent the actual products. However, slight variations in colour, finish, texture, or appearance may occur due to lighting conditions, photography, and individual screen settings.

* Product availability is subject to change without prior notice.

3. Order Process

* Once an order is successfully placed, an order confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp with the relevant order details.
* Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
* Kuyli reserves the right to cancel, decline, or restrict any order due to:
  * Product availability or stock limitations
  * Technical or system-related issues
  * Incorrect pricing or product information
  * Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
  * Any other circumstances deemed necessary by Kuyli
  * In case an order is cancelled by Kuyli, the applicable amount paid by the customer will be handled according to the circumstances of the cancellation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

* Kuyli currently offers Pan-India shipping.
* Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer's location, courier availability, weather conditions, and other external factors.
* Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by our third-party logistics and courier partners.
* Kuyli is not responsible for delays, losses, failed delivery attempts, or other issues caused by third-party courier partners.
* Tracking details will be shared with the customer once the order has been shipped.
* Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of placing an order.

5. Returns & Exchanges

* Returns or exchanges are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
* Any issue must be reported to Kuyli within 48 hours of delivery.
* A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.
* The unboxing video should clearly show the package from the time it is opened and the condition of the product received.
* Requests without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
* Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, subject to approval by Kuyli.
* Approved resolutions will be provided through store credit or exchange only.
* Cash refunds are not provided, except where required under applicable law.
* Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without the required evidence may not be eligible for return or exchange.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available on www.kuyli.com, including but not limited to product images, photographs, designs, graphics, logos, text, website content, and other visual or written materials, is the property of Kuyli or is used with appropriate rights and permissions.
